If you are like me, you have been going over your herbal inventory to see what herb plants you want to start for the 2025 season/ I just ordered some herbal seeds/plants to enhance what I already have in stock. Some I have grown before, but I moved in the late spring of 2024 and so I have to start some all over again. Not a problem, just takes some thought and time. In this blog I am going to talk about making herbal tea. This might help you decide what plants you want to have on hand to make your teas.
